How accessible is your website to your users? Specifically people with visual, cognitive or physical impairments? We have the facilities and expertise to understand how well your product meets web content accessibility guidelines (WCAG 2.0).

Desktop Accessibility Audits
Our team are able to conduct a desktop audit of a website against Web Contact Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) in order to check it for compliance. The reviewer would carry out key tasks on the website being mindful of the WCAG checkpoints in order to identify any areas which might prove problematic for users with disabilities.  This would include using assistive technologies such as screen readers or screen magnifiers and navigating the site using only the keyboard. After the review our researcher provides a report outlining any issues found and the relevant checkpoints along with practical recommendations. This is typically conducted prior to accessibility testing in order to identify any severe issues that would prevent users from completing key journeys so they could be fixed in advance or planned for within test materials.

Mobile Accessibility Audits
Similar to above our team are able to conduct a desktop audit of a mobile / tablet website or app to identify any areas which might prove problematic for users with disabilities. There are no current guidelines specifically for Mobile accessibility so these audits would be informed by WCAG and best practice.
